More importantly as research shows workers wearing dusty clothing are 10 times more likely to be affected by fatal or debilitating respiratory diseases, particularly those working in mining, cement and construction industries, where dust can contain known carcinogens and silica.
By providing a safe method of cleaning hazardous dust from workwear you will minimise exposure and allow employees to leave the dust behind rather than bringing it home to their families at the end of every workday.
The JetBlack Personnel Cleaning systems are guaranteed to meet or exceed OSHA requirements. They operate by utilising high-velocity, low-pressure air that is effective in dislodging materials from clothing and are much easier to use than alternative vacuum systems.
More importantly, it is a safer substitute to compressed air which has the potential to be very dangerous in this type of application due to the high air pressures involved.

Cleaning Booth
The JetBlack Safety Personnel De-dusting Booth is a self-contained, free-standing system which is highly effective for removing, extracting and collecting dust and debris from employees’ dirty PPE and work clothes. The Cleaning Booth incorporates the JetBlack Safety blower-powered personnel Cleaning Station to dislodge all dust and fibres from clothing. The dust and fibre is then drawn down and away from occupants through a metal grille floor by vacuum extraction created by an external blower. All dust removed is either collected in an H14 HEPA extractor or can be vented directly into a client’s existing exhaust system.
Wall Mounted Cleaning Station
The JetBlack Safety Cleaning Station is a safe, innovative, and effective tool for and de-dusting operations and personnel-clean down– particularly useful in industrial environments.
Compressed air has the potential to be extremely dangerous, so companies should always try and minimize its use, particularly for cleaning and dedusting operations.
Portable Cleaning Station
The portable version of the JetBlack Safety Cleaning Station is designed primarily for component or work area cleaning applications. It produces high volume, low-pressure air (2.3PSIG/63In.Swg) which poses no threat to personal safety.
